It has been a very long day. I’m very glad I did my thing this morning. To top the day off, when I took Lola out I could hear the sirens going off. My neighbor was on his balcony with his camera in hand and when I looked in the direction he was snapping photos, I saw a damn tornado. Yep. A thin, long tornado. Lola was oblivious and was just sniffing the wind and looking for poo to eat. Thankfully for us it was headed away from us. It was a scary sight though!
Here was the training today…same as the other day…haha! Sorry this is so boring, I’ll post something different this weekend, like art related stuff!
Mobility work for ankles, knees and hips. Squats, glut bridges and halos – 10 each.
Swings- 3 x 20 – 12 kg
Goblet Squats – 3 x 10 – 12kg
Presses – 3 x 5 – 8kg
Rows – 3 x 5 – 8kg
Get ups – 6 – 8kg
Beach work aka Make ya look pretty – (Curls, Triceps/Calves)
Curls – 3 x 5 – 4kg
Triceps – 3 x 5 – 4kg
Calf raises –12 kg – 3 x 15
Leg raises – 3 x 15
Everything done with 1 minute rests between.
I’m exhausted so I’m going to bed. 😛
